Completing this questionnaire entitles students entry to a prize draw.
10 winners will be randomly picked from the draw by Blackpool & The Fylde College and the winners will receive 1 complimentary carton of Celebrations each.
A student can only be included in the draw once. If a student submits multiple forms, they will still only be entered into the draw once.
Entry into the draw is only valid if all the fields have been completed.
Entry into this draw is only valid to students who complete the feedback between 7:00am 24/01/2020 – 7:00pm 31/01/2020. Feedback completed before or after those times will not be included.
Entry into this draw is only valid to current students of Blackpool & The Fylde College during the time of the questionnaire. Students from other institutions will not be included in the draw.
Each winning student can only win one prize, should the same student be picked more than once in the draw, another winner will be picked until someone different is a winner.
If you are chosen as the winner, Blackpool & The Fylde College will contact you by email with further detail on how to collect your prize.
This prize can not be exchanged for cash, alternative products or discounts.
All data from this survey will be transferred from The Vending People to Blackpool & The Fylde College. This data will not be sold or distributed to any other company, institution or public body. After transferring this data to Blackpool & The Fylde College, all Student ID details and email addresses will be deleted, leaving The Vending People only access to questionnaire answers.
