Our technical maintenance is carried out by our highly trained engineers, holistically trained for every solution that we offer. There are two sides to our technical maintenance: rapid response and ongoing care, both of which are integral parts of our service package.
Rapid response
Part of our technical maintenance package is our rapid response; we understand the need to keep your solutions consistently working to a high standard. That’s why we have an exceptional customer service team on hand to address any questions, issues, or concerns you may have with your solutions.
On the rare occasion that you experience a fault, our engineers are on call to deploy to your location and repair your machine.
Ongoing care
Regardless of your solution, we’ll automatically book you for a service every 1 to 12 months, depending on your business requirements. If something comes up in between – a fault, any other technical requirements or any questions you may have – we are only a phone call away.
