If you choose to take out a technical maintenance service contract with us, our customer service team will be there to help you with any faults, issues or questions regarding your machines. Once a fault is reported to our customer services team, we would aim to have an engineer on site within eight working hours.

On the rare occasion that we cannot fix the issue there and then, we have the backing of all major machine manufacturers, who are able to courier replacement parts to our Technical Engineer’s pick up points. These pick up points are all located within less than a mile from their home address.

We are industry leaders with a first time rate exceeding 95%.


All plumbed machines will need a scheduled filter change, either every six months or annually depending on the make and model. This will be scheduled automatically by us; we ensure that these are completed on time and that you are kept updated. This applies to both coffee and water machines. When enquiring and choosing your machines, your Account Manager will be able to go into depth about these changes and answer any questions!
